WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SIZE A TINY HOME CAN BE?

The maximum tiny home size is 14m x 4m. If you're looking for something bigger we do build minor dwellings 6.6m wide up to 14m long consented or un consented.

As each tiny home is unique there are numerous ways to create a home that is best suited for your style.

DO YOU OFFER ADD-ONS SUCH AS SOLAR POWER, HEATING ETC.?

Yes. We specialize in custom builds and liaise with companies that can add power and heating sources such as solar panels, gas heating, fireplace or heat pumps. If the tiny home is built to be off-grid we'll work out your power usage and come up with the best option power-wise.

CAN YOU BUILD TINY HOMES WITHOUT A TRAILER?

Yes, we have building platforms to build tiny homes without a trailer that can be hi-ab onto a truck and taken to your location.

ARE YOUR TINY HOMES BUILT TO NZ BUILDING CODE?

Yes, we build our tiny homes as close to building code as possible.
